I am a Biomedical R&D Engineer specializing in medical imaging, data science, and digital twins. I graduated with a dual degree in Biomedical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal in 2022 and a Master’s in HealthTech from Télécom Physique Strasbourg. I joined MIMESIS in March 2024 as a Project R&D Engineer in Medical Imaging. In this role, I am actively involved in the development and optimization of cutting-edge technologies in medical imaging and surgery.
My work focuses on several innovative projects, including:
- MediTwin: Developing a multimodal/multiscale anatomical atlas of the lymph nodes (MRI/US/OCT/Histology) and numerical solutions for the intraoperative identification of metastatic tissues using ultrasound data, which aims to improve diagnostic efficiency and surgical planning.
- VATSop: Integrating augmented reality into lung surgery to enhance the precision and safety of minimally invasive procedures.
- LUPIN: Guiding surgeons during liver resections using intraoperative ultrasound, deep learning algorithms, and registration techniques to improve precision and outcomes in complex interventions. I also collaborate with team members on various projects, including computer-aided design (CAD) and 3D printing, to ensure that our research translates into practical and impactful tools for the medical field. Passionate about healthcare innovation, I am committed to leveraging technology to improve patient care.
