Bio

My research integrates machine learning, medical imaging, and biomechanics to develop solutions for healthcare.

I defended my PhD in Computer Science in December 2024 at the University of Strasbourg, under the supervision of Dr. Stéphane Cotin and Dr. Nicolas Padoy. My thesis focused on designing real-time augmented reality tools to support surgeons in executing complex procedures with precision. Such an augmented reality in obtained by registering preoperative CT images with intraoperative intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) images. This registration process leverages the precision of finite element methods (FEM) for modeling soft-tissue deformation, combined with the robustness and real-time capabilities of neural networks.

Before that,  I graduated in 2020 with an engineering degree in Computer Science from l’École des Mines de Saint-Étienne.
