As a PhD student at University of Strasbourg, I am now preparing my thesis in the project SPERRY in INRIA MIMESIS team, with a topic about the computing methodologies in interactive simulations (especially medical simulations).
My research interests involves the numerical problems in interactive simulations: sparse matrix assembly, linear solver, contact resolution, as well as GPU-based parallelization. The main objective is to improve the performance of computation speed and physical behavior. I am also exploring new methods for contact resolution which is potentially capable to deal with the nonlinearity in contact problem.
